Very friendly for a start they were more than happy to answer all questions the service was amazing, after discovering there was a small chip on the windscreen he nocked off some money off the sum amount of the car which he didn’t need to do. Just proving that they are prepared to go far and beyond to help the customer.

The service I've received was easily the best I've experienced when buying a car. I arrived to find the car being valeted ready for me to look over. Tanny introduced himself and explained everything to me. There was no pressure at all on the test drive, I could go as far as I wanted and test all aspects of the vehicle out. On return he left me to look around the car for as long as I wanted. All paperwork was on place as the advert said. There is genuinely nothing I can say was an issue during this sale. Go ahead and buy with confidence!

Bought a Mercedes e class estate from Tanny at q performance. The whole experience from initial contact to buying the car was very good. Tanny was very knowledgeable and confident in the quality of the car, which pretty much sold itself during the test drive. Tanny was really helpful and delivered the car in person when my lift to Blackburn let me down. You’ll do well to find a more laid back, helpful car dealers!
