Absolutely fantastic service from Q Performance! From the moment we walked through the door, Tammy made us feel comfortable and welcome. He was brilliant throughout, taking the time to explain everything about the car, showing us how all the features worked and making sure we had everything we needed. The offer of food and drinks was a lovely touch too!What really stood out was how patient and genuine he was. We were given plenty of time to look around, ask questions and consider our options without any pressure to buy. Tammy also talked us through the different finance options and offered honest, helpful advice, which made the whole process so much easier.It’s easy to see why Q Performance has received so many awards and built such a great reputation. The level of service really speaks for itself, and the whole team clearly takes pride in what they do. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.A huge thank you to Tammy for making everything so straightforward. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car, from the second we arrived Tammy was extremely hospitable and kind. He explained everything about the car, offered us food and drinks, we took the car for a drive for him, he showed all the different car functions. Such a lovely guys and an extremely reputable business, they have won multiple award for being the best in the country and it really shows. He kept us seated upstairs with heating and let us take our time to decide on whether we want to purchase the car, he gave good advice regarding finance options and didn’t pressure us into anything. I would recommend all my friends and family to purchase from Q performance!

Bought my Skoda Octavia 2018. was shown the good and bad point ie scruffs and scratches before hand. felt absolutely not under pressure while deciding to purchase it. went for good test drive on M50. car drove good 5 hours from Blackburn. would highly recommend the seller. Shout out to Tany (Tanveer) and his team.

Absolutely fantastic selling experience. My car had some issues (nothing that can’t be fixed) on a test drive before the sale, and the lads still considered and accepted an offer on my car. I cannot thank them enough, their kindness is unmatched, not just even in regard to the sale. Genuinely great people!I also learnt a lot during the test drive which is always a bonus 🤣I will 1000% be looking into buying a car from the team in hopefully the near future!Thank you again!!!

These guys dont mess about amazing too chat to called up 2 days ago to ask a few things about a car they had for sale owner was away on holiday. He returned to the uk today around dinner time today and back in work few hours later. Advised me he would be brinhing the car today as i had just sold mine and did not want to leave me carless truth be told 21.20pm they arrived with the car same genuine guys great chat and very friendly. No rush and no stress very laid back all while being jet lagged these guys will go that extra mile to look after you 10/10 service will certainly use these again hassle free with no pressure.

What a wonderful experience buying my car . Both Tanny and Naz have been absolutely fantastic. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever . Everything went very smoothly from start to finish . Absolutely 1st class garage and the guys have won excellent awards. Would definitely buy a car from here again 100% . I cannot rate this company high enough.
