Extremely professional while having that down to earth personality. The team at Q Performance LTD are the best I have dealt with so far. Very easy process from viewing the car to delivery of the car. could not recommend enough! Fantastic experience all round!

I recently bought a van from Q Performance after having the misfortune of buying a duff van elsewhere, and the difference was night and day. From the moment I arrived, Tanny welcomed me with a warm chai and made me feel completely at ease. The service was outstanding friendly, chatty, and professional, with everything explained clearly and no pressure at all. I drove away with real peace of mind thanks to the 12 month warranty and fresh MOT, which gave me total confidence in my purchase. After my previous experience, it was such a relief to deal with someone genuine who truly cared. I’d definitely return again and highly recommend Tanny and Q Performance to anyone looking for both quality vehicles and trustworthy service. Definitely the BEST experience I have had buying a vehicle. All the guys at Q Performance could not do enough to make the car buying process as smooth as possible. All there vehicles are exquisitely cleaned and the show room is spotless. Their customer service is second to none and they were very hospitable offered myself and my family hot or cold drinks while we browsed. This is what award winning customer service looks like.

I’m not someone that leaves reviews as such but, by far the best customer service I’ve ever had. Tanny, the owner went above and beyond (& Naz) to cater to my all my needs as it was my first car. He made sure the car was in pristine condition from inside and out. He ON TOP of that, got the best price in England for me to do some modifications on the car such as, tint, de-chrome and paint alloys… this dealer can do it all!!! Best price for everything, best conditions of cars, best best best service, what more could I have got. I really hope this business is multiplied which is why I’ve left this comment, trust them and they will take care of you. Thank you again both Angel x

From the first call to the purchase of the car, Tanny has been honest and exceptional! Great car as well! He did his best to accommodate us to view the car after hours so we can inspect the car in peace! 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a car!
