Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Lots of communication between ver the week and they held the vehicle for me too for that time. I had worries and they eased my mind and explained everything. The car is immaculate and I couldn’t recommend enough

Called to enquire on the Friday afternoon, and was driving up to Blackburn the day after to test drive a very tidy 5 series MSport Touring. Tanny was very attentive and respectful, answered my queries and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Peace of mind was given throughout the purchasing process, and I’m delighted with my new car. A fantastic range of cars in the portfolio, this is a great company to deal with.

Quite easily the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. Staff are very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Thr whole process was smooth and wasn't rushed in the slightest. The BMW M5 was exactly as described and even better than in the pictures, all with a 12 months warranty. Cannot ask for more!! We've decided to use Q performance and Tanny for all our future car purchases. A country mile ahead of any car dealership we have ever used as a business and family. Well done guys, you deserve this review and more

Tanny and team looked after me from start to finish. I have had some bad experience in the past and simply wanted a clean, honest reliable car that has been looked after for a fair price. I GOT IT, and it was easy. Tanny is reassuring and calm, honest and down to earth. He genuinly loves his work and takes a massive amount of pride in it. What I thought was truly great was the amount of care he took for my Honda Jazz was equal to his showroom of very top notch expensive cars. I have absolutely no doubt I will be back in the future and recommending Q Performance at every chance I get. Buying a car should be easy, fun and you should be took care of. Dream experience and thank you Tanny I waited 3 months for an honest car to show up and of course the right one was one of yours.Thanks again, Jaden
