Hi Guys, sorry for the lateness leaving you guys a review. It was lovely speaking to you again earlier and il take you up on the offer for a coffee when passing by in March.Right.. let’s get to it. Il keep it honest, and truthful, and exactly how my experience when back in November. “ CANNOT FAULT IT IN ANY WAY. IF THERE WAS A WAY OF GIVING 20 out of 10 I WOULD! “The whole experience was nothing short of brilliant, calm, professional, friendly, genuine and enjoyable. It’s the 1st time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle over the phone without actually viewing it, but the conversion with Amelia and Naz gave me a feeling I could trust this dealership. So against my normal protocol, I left a deposit of £500. Straight after leaving it I felt a sickly feeling thinking I have made a wrong decision.. I called straight back and without any quibble I was offered a refund of the deposit I had just left. This made me feel at ease as I thought this cannot be a scam or these guys cannot be really that bad if they are more concerned about how I feel rather than keep my money.. so once again, I decided to leva my deposit with them and continue with the reservation of my “ now new “ S class Mercedes. Fast forward a week I came to the Blackbubr to view the vehicle. I was collected from the train station, bought straight to the dealership where I was offered a hot drink, and asked if I needed to use the rest room, I was show the vehicle which was presented in immaculate condition, exactly as I saw in the pictures and exactly as it was described. The test drive was long and not rushed. It drove beautifully! The paperwork was complete, both keys present. The guys were so patient, not rushed at all. Very honest, Tanny is such a nice guy and hilarious, had me in stitches! What a lovely experience. I can honestly say I’ve not just bought a car from a fantastic dealership. I have made new friends. For anybody who is looking for a car, I encourage you, I cannot encourage you enough to stop looking around and come and see these lovely people. You won’t regret it. Safe to say, you have a customer for life. Class act. Andrew Coates

Incredible service. Simply the best!I was completely amazed by the exceptional knowledge and genuine care shown by the entire team. I’ve never felt so valued and well looked after at any other garage or dealership. I can’t praise them highly enough. Will absolutely be returning for everything car-related in the future. 10/10!

Awesome experience buying my car last week. Very open and honest. Car was exactly as it was shown in pictures, if not better. The salesman was very patient and respectful. What I thought would be nerve wracking being a female trying to buy a car actually turned into a lovely, gorgeous experience with a nice cup of coffee. 1000% recommend these guys and il be going back in 3 weeks with my friend Chloe to get her car from them. Q performance in Lancashire. Simply the best!!

Absolutely blown away with the professionalism and respectful nature of these guys. Never had this sort of experience in any other car garage in my life. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Highly, highly recommended. Will not use any other car dealership again in the future. Rated!!

Our experience is always top notch and we are welcomed in like family everytime we come! We have had 3 cars now from BMW's to Mercedes... and will continue to come back in the future due to the respect,care,honesty and love given by this family ran business! Any problem big or small is delt with straight away with no stress or expense to worry about.. its hard to trust car dealers but these I trust whole heartedly! I'll be back soon for another cuppa tea and a catchup x

It’s no coincidence that QPerformance have so many 5-Star reviews. Tanny and his team went above and beyond to ensure my new car exceeded all my hopes and expectations. I purchased over the ‘phone without seeing the car other than the pictures. Never bought a car without seeing it so I was a bit nervous! I needn’t have worried. It was immaculately presented both mechanically and aesthetically and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Rather than “deals”, these guys win customers and their number will be the only one I ring when it comes time for me to change. Utterly honest, they genuinely want their customers to be happy and I won’t hesitate to highly recommend QPerformance.
