Great experience from start to finish. The team were very personable, very accommodating, welcoming and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. They made the process feel relaxed and comfortable, more like dealing with people you know than a typical car dealership.There was no pressure to make a decision, they answered all my questions honestly and gave me time to look around my car of interest properly. Customer service was excellent throughout and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

The very first thing I would I want to say is, if you visit their unit in Audley Hall Mill, please do not put off by the surrounding area as this is in no way a reflection of the company and the service that they offer. From my initial enquiry and all throughout my interaction with Naz and Tanny, they were completely professional and incredibly polite. The communication was execllent with regards to my questions and they came back to me when they said they would without me having to chase them up ( in my experience very few companies actually care enough to do this ), and they did everything they could do to accomodate my needs. I had no problems in taking the car for a test drive and at no point was there any pressure applied to try and make me buy the car, they seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with the car and the service they provide. The car was clean and well presented and to my mind was of a good quality and a fair price. The warranty that they offer with the car also seems to be the best, and most comprehensive available compared to other dealers I've looked at. I've been in sales myself for over 30 years and these are the kind of professional, genuine people I would have wanted on my team, so it's no surprise to say that I would highly recommend dealing with them and I will happily drive from Cumbria to deal with them again in the future.

Tanny provided 5 star service from the first phone call till our walkout with the vehicle. Even on bank holiday both Tanny and his partner were happy for us to come after business hours. Perfect

What fabulous people. I am always nervous about buying cars from dealers, but these were the nicest, most patient, most decent people I have ever bought a car from. Thank you Tanny for my beautiful Audi Allroad. I love it. But there is more: It was when I enquired about selling my old car though them and they told me all of the all checks, repairs and deep cleaning they would do on it before they sold it, that I realised why the car I was buying off them was so fabulous. I am now going to sell my car with them. I cannot recommend them enough.

It has been a truly wonderful experience buying a car from Tanny and Naz. Two nicer people you will never meet. Tanny is very humble, warm, wise, helpful and friendly. There is no hard sell what so ever, just a commitment to giving you a superb buying experience. Very comprehensive and detailed photographs, with an accurate description of the car’s condition and all questions answered enabled me to confidently travel up from Devon. I was picked up from the station, had a wonderful chat, looked through the vehicle’s historical paperwork, before having a long test drive. The drive back to Devon was superb. I have a stunning car and am delighted with it as I know I could not have done better. Q Performance has a wonderful stock of very carefully selected used cars. I would encourage you to contact them, I definitely will when we are ready to change our next car.
