Lovely atmosphere! Lovely cars, exact same as what it said on the tin and on the phone and add. We were not made to feel pressured. I was shown the small blemishes that were on the car straightaway, nothing was hidden much much better experience what what I’ve had in the past. I usually don’t do reviews but if anybody deserves one, these guys do. Reece is a little sweetheart and so polite and professional.

Brilliant experience once again. Bought a car from Tanny and the team in October and we have just traded it in for our new BMW. Fantastic customer service once again and kept their word regards buying/trading back. Highly, highly rated and definetly recommended by us 😃😃

Bought my wife a Qashqai last week, great service, and went out of his way to ensure that I was happy, not pressured in the slightest and had all the time I needed to make my decision/ask questions. Even followed me home 30 miles with the car on the same day, will be back when I'm next in the market. Car was spotless and in great shape.

Absolutely fantastic!!! From the start to finish.. I read the reviews on Q Performance and I've got to admit, I get it.. never really come across a garage that's this professional, literally!!! Cannot say a word bad about these guys.. very patient, very knowledgeable.. went out of their way to help and make sure we were ok.. greeted us with a smile, lively cup of coffee ( Two actually ).. test drive was very relaxed and we were encouraged to take our time and go on the motorway to get a real feel.. it was very easy to see why they are getting the reviews and praise they are getting.. genuine people, very friendly, very patient.. focus is on customer service and quality of cars as supposed to getting the sale. 100% will be using again as we like to change our cars every 12 months. What a fantastic bunch of lads!!! Well done!!!!

Purchased our new car from these guys, read all the reviews online, spoke to the staff, they answered all our questions.. car was exactly as it was described in the advert. Cannot fault. Will buy again from this garage. Highly recommended.

Great garage, cars were really nice and the one I looked at online was exactly as described on the phone. It had 12 months mot and I got a 6 months warranty with it. I recommend Q performance in Blackburn.
