Customer reviews of Q PERFORMANCE LTD / MY1STCAR.ORG

I recently purchased a car from this company, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine professionalism and care. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured into making a decision. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car that suited both my needs and budget. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and clearly well-prepared before collection. What really stood out was the level of customer service — transparent communication, honest advice, and a smooth, hassle-free process throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and they made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable car and a trustworthy team. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

i cant recommend and praise this man enough. we broke down at 2am after picking our new puppy up and travelling 3 hours to collect her. my car got a flat tyre and he stopped us in the middle of nowhere pulled over and asked if we needed help. he then proceeded to take us out the middle of no where to a safe place until we got help. he left and came back 10 mins later with food drinks and even dog food and water for her. he stopped until my car was fixed and we got on our travels back up to newcasle. the honesty and thought of this man i would without a doubt buy a car from this man as he was nothing but honest kind and caring.

Hey Sydney, thankyou, this is so sweet and thoughtful. You didn’t need to write this but you did and I really appreciate it!! I didn’t do anything anybody else wouldn’t have, it was only the right thing to do, I felt better know you guys were safe hence why I stayed with you guys. The world’s a terrible place and doing the right thing is always important. I’m glad you got home safely and as I said yesterday, you are most welcome to Q Performance, and any of our offices if you are ever in Blackburn. Thankyou once again and take care of yourself, oh and say Hi to your friend from time too Stay blessed Tanny
