i cant recommend and praise this man enough. we broke down at 2am after picking our new puppy up and travelling 3 hours to collect her. my car got a flat tyre and he stopped us in the middle of nowhere pulled over and asked if we needed help. he then proceeded to take us out the middle of no where to a safe place until we got help. he left and came back 10 mins later with food drinks and even dog food and water for her. he stopped until my car was fixed and we got on our travels back up to newcasle. the honesty and thought of this man i would without a doubt buy a car from this man as he was nothing but honest kind and caring.

I didn’t do anything anybody else wouldn’t have, it was only the right thing to do, I felt better know you guys were safe hence why I stayed with you guys. From the warm cup of coffee to the no-pressure chat, Q Performance got everything right. They remembered my name, answered every silly question with a smile, and even checked in the next day to make sure I was happy. No hard sell just genuine, thoughtful care.
